People-centered and brand-forward was the approach for this auto part store designed as an initiative by Ranger Design to improve the retail spaces where their products are displayed.
With a focus on the customer experience, we carefully curated every aspect of the store design. Starting with an entrance void of overwhelming product displays, we created a space where customers can easily orient themselves. The customer service area doubles as a vibrant community learning center, hosting events that introduce new products, teach new skills, and cultivate a loyal client community. By highlighting key brands and ensuring cohesive signage and displays, we have crafted a unified store design that enhances brand recognition and simplifies wayfinding for customers.
Neutral finishes create a design that gives way to the numerous colors and variety of products on display creating create a customer experience that encourages slow and thoughtful shopping.
